Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

iRender (Pty) Ltd is an authorised reseller of SketchUp software subscriptions published by Trimble Inc. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy aligns with Trimble’s official refund terms. As your reseller, iRender is your first point of contact for all refund and cancellation requests, and we are solely responsible for processing approved refunds to you. We encourage you to carefully review your subscription plan and billing cycle before completing a purchase. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, please contact us — we are happy to assist you choose the right plan.

2. 14-Day Refund Window — New Subscriptions

Refund requests for new SketchUp subscription purchases must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the original transaction date. This applies to annual subscriptions purchased directly through iRender. To be eligible for a refund under this window: • Your request must be received by iRender within 14 days of the original purchase date • The request must be submitted in writing by email to athol@irender.co.za • Please include your order number, registered email address, and reason for the refund request If your refund request is approved, your subscription will be cancelled immediately and access to the SketchUp software will cease. Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days via the original payment method or by EFT.

3. Annual Subscription Renewals — Non-Refundable

Refunds are not available for annual subscription renewals. The 14-day refund window applies to new purchases only, not to subsequent renewal cycles. You are responsible for cancelling your auto-renewal prior to the renewal date if you do not wish to continue your subscription.

4. Cancellation of Subscriptions

You may cancel your SketchUp subscription at any time by disabling auto-renewal through your Trimble Admin Console or Account Management Portal (AMP). Disabling auto-renewal: • Prevents future renewal charges • Does not constitute a refund or entitle you to a refund for any current or prior billing period • Allows you to continue using the software until the end of your current paid period If you require assistance with cancellation or cannot access your admin portal, please contact iRender directly: • Email: athol@irender.co.za • Phone: +27 (0)82 468 0937 Please include your order number and registered email address in your request.

5. Reseller Responsibility

As your authorised SketchUp reseller, iRender (Pty) Ltd is solely responsible for processing and administering refunds to customers who purchased through iRender. In accordance with Trimble’s reseller terms, all refund requests must be directed to iRender — not to Trimble or SketchUp directly. iRender will liaise with Trimble on your behalf where required and will ensure that approved refunds are returned to you in a timely manner.

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances

The following purchases are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances: • Annual subscription renewals (regardless of usage) • Subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day refund window has expired • Partial subscription periods — no pro-rata refunds are offered for unused time mid-term • Subscriptions where the licence has been transferred, reassigned, or used to access third-party content or services

7. Exceptions — Billing Errors and Failed Delivery

Outside the standard 14-day refund window, iRender will consider a refund or account credit on a case-by-case basis only in the following circumstances: • Duplicate payment: the same order was charged more than once due to a payment processing error • Incorrect charge: an incorrect amount was billed due to an administrative error on our part • Failed delivery: a licence or subscription access was not delivered within a reasonable period and the issue could not be resolved through technical support Supporting evidence must be provided for any exception-based refund request. These requests must be submitted promptly upon discovery of the error.

8. Consumer Protection Act Compliance

iRender is committed to full compliance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA). Section 16 of the CPA, which relates to the right to cancel advance bookings, does not apply to digital content (including software licences and subscriptions) that has been activated or accessed by the consumer. Once your SketchUp subscription has been activated and access has been granted, the digital product is considered delivered. If you believe your consumer rights have been infringed, you may contact the National Consumer Commission (NCC) at www.thencc.org.za or the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) at www.cgso.org.za.

9. Automatic Renewals

SketchUp annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You are responsible for managing your auto-renewal settings through the Trimble Admin Console or Account Management Portal. iRender will endeavour to send renewal reminders before annual renewals are processed, but cannot guarantee delivery of such notices. It remains your responsibility to manage your subscription settings.

10. Payment Methods

iRender accepts the following payment methods: • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa and Mastercard) via PayFast • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) — direct bank deposit • PayFast / PayGate secure online payment gateway All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate, unless otherwise stated.

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time in line with changes to Trimble’s official refund terms or applicable South African law. Updated policies will be published on our website with a revised effective date and will apply to purchases made after the updated date. Purchases made prior to any changes will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
